Estimate checklist

Build a useful estimate packet.

A phone call goes faster when the crew can see the structure, access, utilities, and exact removal boundary.

01

Show the item

Photograph all four sides, the equipment bay, cover, steps, and anything attached.

02

Measure access

Record the tub dimensions and narrowest gate, plus turns, stairs, slope, and overhead clearance.

03

Confirm utilities

State whether the tub is drained and whether electrical, gas, and plumbing are safely disconnected.

04

Define the boundary

List deck, fence, pad, landscaping, and accessories separately. Say what must stay.

05

Show parking

Include the route to a legal truck or trailer position and the approximate carry distance.

06

Review the scope

Confirm dismantling, hauling, cleanup, exclusions, and price before work begins.

Send the tub, not your weekend.

Have the size, photos, access route, and utility status ready. A clearer scope makes the first conversation more useful.
